- Scope
This Return Policy governs the right of withdrawal and product returns for purchases made from Varga Business Consulting Kft. (hereinafter: “Seller”) by consumers within Hungary and the European Union.
- Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Hungarian and EU law (Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.)), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing by email at vargabusinesskft@gmail.com.
- Conditions of Return
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and undamaged. Products must be returned in their original packaging if possible. The Customer bears the cost of return shipping. The Seller will refund the purchase price, including the original delivery fee, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Exceptions – Rings
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, rings cannot be returned if:
- they have been tried on and show scratches, dents, or other signs of wear,
- they were customized or engraved,
- they were resized or altered after purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in these cases. Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect ring sizing and details before use.
- Defective Products
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with Hungarian law and consumer protection regulations. The Customer must notify the Seller by email and provide proof of purchase and photographs of the defect.
